Terms of sale

1. Quotes and orders

• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to stock being available when you accept.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, both of which are shown separately.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing and, for prepaid orders, when payment clears.
• We may decline an order. If we do, we'll say so promptly and refund anything paid.

2. Payment

• First orders from new customers are prepaid.
• We accept card, ACH, Zelle, domestic wire, and business check. There is no surcharge for any payment method.
• Net 30 terms are available to approved accounts after three paid orders. Late balances may be charged interest at 1.5% per month, or the maximum the law allows if lower.
• Business checks clear before goods ship.
• Our bank details appear on your invoice and nowhere else. We will never notify you of a change to them by email or text.

3. Delivery, title, and risk

• In-stock orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM CT ship the same business day. Transit is typically 2–5 business days within the United States.
• Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Title passes when we have received payment in full.
• Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours, with photographs of the packaging, so we can file a carrier claim while it is still valid.

4. Warranty

• Refurbished phones — 90 days from shipment against functional failure.
• Hearing aids — 3 months from shipment.
• New parts and accessories — dead on arrival only. Test before installation; once fitted, a part cannot be returned.
• Warranty claims are limited, at our option, to repair, replacement, or credit of the purchase price of the item concerned.

Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, or failure caused by incorrect installation after delivery.

5. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused goods in resalable condition.
• Contact us for an RMA number first. Returns sent without one may be refused.
• Sealed battery packs and other sealed consumables are non-returnable once opened.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty, dead on arrival, or shipped in error, in which case we cover it.

6. Hearing aid supply

• Wholesale hearing aid supply is available only to buyers who hold a current dispensing licence in their own state. Proof of licence is required before a first device order, and every transfer is documented and signed.
• Wholesale devices are supplied unprogrammed or factory-reset. Patient assessment, fitting, programming, and all associated disclosure obligations are the buyer's responsibility.
• Where we dispense directly to a patient in Illinois, a written purchase agreement applies. It includes a 45 business day trial period and takes precedence over these terms to the extent they conflict.
• Nothing in these terms limits any right a consumer has under the Illinois Hearing Instrument Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.

7. Condition and grading

Pre-owned and refurbished goods are sold as described. Grades, battery health, carrier lock status, and any known fault are disclosed on the quote and invoice before you buy. Where a described condition turns out to be materially wrong, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the courts of Cook County, Illinois have jurisdiction over any dispute.
