What makes us different

A dispenser buying for dispensers

Most hearing aid wholesalers are traders who happen to have landed a pallet of devices. We came at it the other way: a family business that has worked in medical supplies and wholesale since 2006, with a hearing division added in 2021 under a licensed Illinois hearing instrument specialist (Lic. #3614) who fits these devices on real patients.

That changes what you get. Stock is assessed by someone who knows the difference between a receiver that needs replacing and one that's fine, who can tell you which fitting range a unit actually covers, and who won't sell you a CROS transmitter as a hearing aid.

  • Devices assessed by a licensed professional, not a warehouse picker
  • Honest condition reporting — including the faults, listed per unit
  • Straight answers on fitting range, compatibility, and receiver options
  • Wholesale under signed documentation, dispenser to dispenser
  • Direct patient dispensing available in Illinois

Two ways to buy

Wholesale, or fitted for you

Which one applies depends on whether you're licensed to dispense. The terms are genuinely different, so they're set out separately below.

For licensed dispensers

Wholesale supply, dispenser to dispenser, under signed documentation and waivers.

  • Wholesale pricing on single units or lots
  • Signed transfer documentation on every sale
  • Condition and any faults disclosed per unit before purchase
  • Devices supplied unprogrammed or factory-reset
  • 3-month return window on device purchases
  • Proof of current dispensing licence required

For individuals in Illinois

Dispensed directly by a licensed hearing instrument specialist — assessment, fitting, and follow-up included.

  • Fitted and programmed to your hearing, not sold off a shelf
  • 45 business day trial period, per Illinois requirements
  • Access to premium devices at pre-owned prices
  • Follow-up adjustments included
  • Written purchase agreement setting out your rights

On the trial period: Illinois law gives hearing aid purchasers a right to cancel. We apply a 45 business day trial, which is more generous than the statutory minimum, and the full terms are set out in the written purchase agreement you receive before any device is fitted.

Condition

What each condition label means

Our inventory is labelled per unit, and the label means the same thing every time. Where a unit has a fault or a missing part, it's recorded against that unit and disclosed before you buy it.

Real examples from current stock: "no receiver latch", "rust within battery door, spare door in case", "pair in charging case, no domes", "tiny scuffs by battery door". That's the level of detail you get — not a blanket "good condition".

  • Sealed — 20 units
    Unopened in original manufacturer packaging.
  • New — 192 units
Unused stock, packaging may be opened. Includes demo units, which are marked as such.
  • Open — 3 units
Unused but packaging opened or incomplete.
  • Used — 59 units
Previously worn. Cleaned, sanitised, tested, with wax guards and filters replaced. Any cosmetic or functional defect is listed per unit.
  • Refurbished — 1 unit
Serviced with components replaced. What was replaced is stated on the invoice.

Licensing & responsibility

Who's responsible for what

Hearing aids are regulated medical devices. We'd rather be plain about where our responsibility ends and yours begins than leave it vague.

What we do

  • Hold a current Illinois hearing instrument dispenser licence (#3614)
  • Inspect, test, clean, and sanitise every pre-owned device
  • Disclose condition, model, and any fault per unit before sale
  • Supply wholesale devices unprogrammed or factory-reset
  • Execute signed transfer documentation on every wholesale sale
  • Assess, fit, and follow up for patients we dispense to directly

What a wholesale buyer handles

  • Holding a current dispensing licence in your own state
  • Providing proof of that licence before your first order
  • Patient assessment, fitting, and programming
  • Labelling and disclosure rules that apply to your onward sale
  • Your own state's rules on dispensing pre-owned devices

Wholesale is licence-verified. We supply devices at wholesale only to dispensers who can evidence a current licence, and every transfer is documented and signed. If you're not licensed to dispense, we can still supply you accessories and consumables — or, if you're in Illinois, dispense to you directly as a patient.
