Graded properly, so your returns stay low
The fastest way to lose a retail customer is to sell them a phone described as one thing that turns up as another. Every handset we ship is function-tested, IMEI-checked, and graded against a fixed standard — not against how badly we want to move it.
- Full function test: screen, cameras, speakers, mics, buttons, charging, and cellular
- IMEI verified clean — not blacklisted, not reported lost or stolen
- Battery health stated per unit, minimum 85% on every handset we ship
- Factory reset and activation-lock removed before dispatch
- Photos of the actual units available on request for larger lots
- 90-day warranty on every refurbished handset
Grading standard
What each grade means when we quote it.

Grade A — Excellent
Near-flawless. No visible scratches at arm's length. Ideal for front-of-counter retail. -
Grade B — Good
Light cosmetic wear — minor scuffs or micro-scratches visible on inspection. No cracks, no display defects. -
Grade C — Fair
Visible scratches, scuffs, or dents. Fully functional. Priced for value-conscious customers or trade-in stock. -

100% functional, clean IMEI, reset, and covered by the same 90-day warranty.
Carrier status: most of our refurbished stock is factory unlocked. Some units are carrier-locked, and where that's the case it is stated on the quote and on the invoice before you buy — never discovered after delivery.
