Do I need an account?
No. You can get a quote and place a first order without opening one. Accounts only matter when you want payment terms.
What's the minimum order?
There isn't one. Order a single screen or a single handset if that's what you need — we'd rather earn the bigger order after you've seen how we work.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM CT ship the same day on in-stock items. Transit is typically 2–5 business days depending on where you are.
Are refurbished phones unlocked?
Mostly, yes — the majority of our stock is factory unlocked. Some units are carrier-locked, and that's always stated on the quote and invoice before you buy.
What warranty do I get?
90 days on every refurbished handset, and 3 months on hearing aids. Illinois patients buying a hearing aid directly get a 45 business day trial. See warranty & returns for the full breakdown.
Can I get a sample first?
Since there's no minimum order, a small paid trial order is the simplest route — order one and see how it arrives before committing to a batch.
